Our commitment is to provide the highest quality to our customers. If you were not satisfied with the product you can return it within 10 days after receiving it. You can send us an email to indicating the reasons for the return. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund, including items purchased in the Sales.

The products must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process a refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving the items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the products (except the initial shipping cost). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
