Therefore, SHIORI reserves the right to modify the general terms of sale at any moment, without prior notice. We advise all customers to read the terms of sale whenever they access our website, and especially, whenever they wish to make a purchase, in order to freely decide whether to continue using the website and to purchase items.

The entire content of the website, including all jewellery design, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name SHIORI is the sole property of SHIORI. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.


The prices of the products offered through our website are solely expressed in Euros and they include taxes.

The prices do not include shipping costs, the amount of which, if applicable, will be added to the amount of the order shown in the cart and before making payment. See “Deliveries” below.


There are several ways to find the product you are looking for:

– Search by using the “Search box” in the top right hand corner of the website.
– View all by selecting “Shop” at the main navigation menu.
– Select a category from the “Shop” drop down menu found at the main navigation menu.
– Select a collection from the “Collection” drop down menu found at the main navigation menu.

Our customization tool allows you to combine a wide range of bracelets. The bracelets can be mixed together to create lots of different combinations so you can create your favourite mix. Create a customized pack of bracelets.

Once you wish to purchase an item and click “Add to cart”, your item will be added to your Shopping Cart and a small box will appear in the top right hand corner of the site to confirm your selection.

You can view your Shopping Cart at any time by going to CART on the top right hand corner of the site and click VIEW CART to continue.

Once you are ready to place your order, simply go to CART and click CHECKOUT to continue.


The promotional codes may be used in accordance with the terms and conditions published for each promotion. You can only apply one coupon to each transaction, they are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.

All offers are subject to stock availability and they are subject to change at any time.


The articles offered on the website are subject to the limits of stocks. In the event that we are unable to supply the product purchased by you as it is not available, we will inform you of this lack of availability before the purchase is completed, on the data sheet of the product itself and by email once we have received the purchase request. If you were not informed of it and you have purchased a product that we do not have available, you will be refunded the amount paid as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 5 days.


All the orders (for products in stock) are sent within 2 days after the confirmation of the order. The products will be delivered according to the opening hours of the courier company, so that if you were absent from the address at the time of delivery, you must contact the company to arrange a new date and time. We won’t be liable for any delays that may occur due to this matter. Therefore, in order to prevent this type of problems we recommend that you indicate a delivery address where you will be available to receive the product.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the order’s tracking number so you can follow it on the website of the transport company.

We offer free delivery for orders over 120€. All our orders are sent beautifully wrapped, free of charge.

Spain (mainland): 4,50€, 2-3 days

Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 5€, 5-6 days

Other countries: 8.50€, 5-6 days.


Our commitment is to provide the highest quality to our customers. If you were not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 10 days after receiving it. You can send us an email to info@shiorijewellery.com indicating the reasons for the return. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund, including for the items purchased in the Sales.

The products must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process a refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving the items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the products (except the initial shipping cost). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.


At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.

All payments will be made using the secure payments system of the financial entity, which encrypts card data. With the aim of attaining the utmost security in the payment system, we use secure payment systems of first class financial entities in electronic trading. After having made the payment through the secure payments system, the system will automatically verify that the card has been activated for Secure Electronic Trading. Next, a connection will be made to its issuing bank, which will request it to authorise the transaction by means of a personal authentication code. The transaction will only be made if the bank that issues the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise the transaction will be rejected.

Once the payment has been validated a sales contract is established between the customer and SHIORI.

Once the purchase process has been completed, you will receive an “Order receipt” email. The non-receipt of this message may be due to some temporary communications problem on the network or to an error in the email address used. We shall not be responsible for any breach or delay, the cause of which are due to events beyond our control (“Force Majeure causes”).

The force majeure causes include any act, event, lack of exercising, omission or accident beyond a reasonable degree of control and shall specially include (without limitation) the following:

Labour strikes, lockouts, riots, invasion or terrorist attacks.

Fire, explosion, storm, flooding, earthquake damage, sink holes, epidemics or any other natural disaster.

The impossibility of using trains, ships, aircraft, motorised means of transport or other means of public or private transport.

The impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other Governments.
